Hello, Opportunities elsewhere have opened up for me and I'll be needing to leave my room in Santana Row (Santana Heights, Building Olivet.) This will not be a sub-lease because you will be signing onto the lease and I will be signing off. The lease goes till June 30th, 2017. The leasing office will need to do a background check, application fee, and need an application from you. I'm happy to show the apartment. One bedroom is shared by a couple going to school and working. The room next door is a full time working professional. They are looking for someone who is clean and respectful. Rent is 1400. There is also a 250 Deposit. Rental insurance is also required by the leasing office. Utilities are not included on the rent. Comcast is the internet used by the household as well.
