BEST Apartment complex in Palms!!

We lived here for over 8 years and only moved since we were leaving the state. The area is amazing, safe and walkable. We moved into a brand new apartment, all new appliances. The maintenance crew is always on it and fix whatever you need without any charge. Highly recommend moving to this complex, David and Jackie the owners are amazing people and very prompt on communication and anything you may need.

Awful

They damaged the floor when they did maintenance on the dish washer. Then when I moved out, they blamed me for the damage - kept the security deposit. Terrible

Since your review is anonymous, we have no way of directly responding to your review. We strive to provide our tenants with exceptional personalized service, and we are always kind and respectful to all tenants. It should be noted that we have not "kept" anyone's security deposit in years. We recently charged a tenant $96 for damage to the wood floor. The damage was not previously reported to us, nor was any claim made that our maintenance crew had ever caused any damage to the apartment during a maintenance call. In fact, in that situation, a sofa was placed in the center of the living room over the damaged floor during the pre-inspection move out so it was not made visible to us before move out. It is unfortunate that you found it necessary to tarnish our good name and reputation rather than address the issue with us directly. Who ever you might be, we wish you well always.
