The backyard is great; it’s private, wooded, lots a wildlife. The neighbors are a sweet, quiet couple who have lived there for over 40 years. We provide a wifi box, tenants secure their own plan/network. The security deposit is $1900. Rent is $1900 per month. Tenants pay their garbage, gas and electric. We would prefer no pets. Our system is not set up to process the Section 8 program. The location - it’s great! Near Vadnais Lake and walking paths in one direction and Target, Walmart, Fresh Thyme, fast-food restaurants and Hwy 35E only a couple miles in the other direction.
