A few months ago, I would’ve said I loved living here and planned to renew my lease. But lately, I’m not so sure. With other nearby apartments offering similar quality, pricing, better amenities, and slightly more convenient locations, the decision is no longer obvious. The removal of paper cups from the coffee stations is a small thing, but symbolic. It was framed as a green initiative, but it feels more like a cost-cutting move likely tied to the property sale. If sustainability were truly the goal, improvements like better recycling, reducing plastic, or updating outdated systems would come first. Many of us moved in when conveniences like the coffee cups were in place. Taking them away signals a shift in priorities. It’s not just about coffee (first world problem, I know), it’s about losing the thoughtful touches that made this place feel like home. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I love living here so much, but lately the music from the deck has been really loud, people have been pretty noisy, and in the garage they drive like they’re racing.
So glad I decided to move here! The staff is very helpful and reason is I’ve to messages. The building and units are well-taken care of. The units are better quality than most in this neighborhood, especially for noise reduction. The amenities like the sauna help to make this community stand out. I look forward to living here!

My move in was a pleasant experience and all residents I encountered were curteous and friendly helping hold the elevators open while I wheeled in carts from 5th floor to 8th floor several times. I have felt a very positive vibe at 365. I am happy wih my new home and this lovely building.

I very recently moved in to 365 Nicolett and have to say this has been one of the most seamless and stress free moves I have ever undertaken. And I moved across the country so that says a ton! The entire staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate my needs. Angela, Jacky, Tara and the front desk team have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My apartment was gorgeous upon move in, the utilities were in place, the concierge services even brought my packages up so they were waiting when I arrived, and they even offered to grab me some groceries! They have also helped coordinate my furniture deliveries while I worked! The building and amenities are top notch, my view is breathtaking, and every one of my neighbors have been so kind. As a single woman moving alone to a city I felt a bit nervous to be on my own but the building is ridiculously secure and I feel like part of a community. I honestly can’t say enough good things!

Living here has been like living in personalzed hotel. The amenities are kept clean and modern while also having friendly faces around. I have lived in what others call luxury but, this is beyond luxury. The culture, the residents and most importantly, the pets make it a great community to live in.

Two years now, and I really do enjoy The 365. Staff is wonderful and amenities are top tier. Maintenance requests are always responded to and completed so quickly and diligently – even the smallest things like my sun shades being stuck are resolved same day. Units are great and have had no issues with appliances. Yeah it’s downtown but scene is relatively safe and people mind their own business. Close to all the places you love. Would definitely recommend this place if you want something in the heart of downtown Minneapolis or Nicollet Mall.

Amenities need serious work. ITs not a s clean as it use to be. E.G I couldnt go into the pool as much as I would like because it as always soo dirty.

I love the relaxation room it’s so perfect and the views of the city is even better in the room! And the all year around hot tub is even better!!

I moved to Minneapolis from out of state and leased with 365 and am so happy to have made this decision! Perfect location to everything you can imagine in the world of sports. Not to mention conveniences of things like Trader Joe's and Whole foods. Staff is amazing and go out of their way to help you with even little things. Having 24/7 Security/Concierge is a big bonus living downtown. The apartments are really sound proofed! I am amazed that I have never once heard my neighbors or the outside world. It is truly like living in a posh luxury hotel with super quiet chill folks all around. Place is spotless too!

Great amenities, staff, and location. The whole building is cleaned top to bottom every single day. The pool deck and hot tub it also fabulous.

Loving it. The attention to detail around the building is very impressive. Great staff working 24 hours around the clock makes it so much easier to communicate with someone if you’re having issues.

Great. The pool is super nice. Love to relax on a sunny day. I also really love the gym. Amenities are great. Concierge is great. Walking distance from many things.
The service here has gone down ! It's really sad bc we use to be excited living here and now it seems like everything is going down from the coffee getting worse to the pool not being cleaned, fobs constantly acting up and the constant concierge changes. That's to name some of a few things.

We really enjoy living at 365 Nicolett. The building is always very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location in downtown Minneapolis is centrally located and convenient.

My daughter and I love living here! There are so many great amenities in the building, it's clean and safe, and conveniently located in the city. Tasnuva has been excellent to work with throughout the whole application and move-in process. All of the staff, including the manager, have been super helpful, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing building! Amazing staff! Very efficient and the building is very clean! The building is dog friendly and the Starbucks coffee machine is so generous that the bldg offers!

I was happy to renew my lease for another 15 months, now 1 full year into the 365. Staff is always so friendly and maintenance is always so on top of things. Rarely does my apartment actually need any fixes, in fact it hasn’t needed one at all so far. Probably best location downtown, close to all the stores, library, entertainment venues, river. I just wish the doors from the resident parking ramp to the interior building was built with accessibility/handicap in mind. They should add vending machines to the community room. Amenities are amazing. Penthouse suite is free for all with a stunning view. Honestly, love it very much where I’m at right now at the 365.

I just moved to 365 Nicollet, so far it has been a great experience overall, I will use the amenities more often in the next couple weeks but has everything that I use, so not a lot of need to go/pay for a gym and the pool and hot tub area are pretty cool.

Lovely building, residents and staff. Love the sauna, hot tub and gym specifically! These amenities can wash away any bad day. Also, always some cute dogs around to make your day.

I couldn’t be happier with this place. The view is amazing, location is great, staff is helpful. The light rail is a block away, everything is walkable. If you want to live downtown I would recommend living here. I saw a review complain about the washing machine - I haven’t had any issues at all. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Great place to live. Very comfortable. Great community of people and the staff here makes a good effort to create events where people can connect. Pool is beautiful and a great scene in the summer. Great dog community as well!
