First months rent free with January start date!! What a special place this is... It was fully renovated top to bottom and this house is truly one of a kind. The only thing that we left original was the brick on the outside. We have just recently gone through and repainted again and are now painting the outside! The architect who designed the remodel is well-known in Pittsburgh as being one of the greenest and most energy-efficient designer in town! This home has historically seen heating bills
