We are building community together on this property with a big, beautiful yard, and home. Come build it with us! It is a 4 bedroom with a large 3rd floor. We are open to hold events, dancing, music, art, a creative space in the community living space and yard. Overall, it is a quiet sanctuary. You will have your own private room, shared bathroom with the 1 or 2 others depending on what floor you are on. We are looking for people to share chores within the house, communicate needs with household members if it has to do with the house, 12 month leases, and the 2 spaces are available September 1st! Largers space for 850(includes utilities, except if you use an AC, we ask for 50 a month, and in the winter we ask for an extra 50$ since heat is sooo expensive and we keep it on 68 night and day. We look forward to hearing from you!!

Asylum Hill is just one mile from Downtown Hartford, affording residents year-round access to city celebrations and festivals. The community is over 615 acres and slightly hilly, with the largest hill located to the west of the downtown area.
