This cozy downtown suite boasts an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring apartment-sized appliances and all the small appliances needed to feel at home, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans. The kitchen area includes a lovely island with seating for two. The lounge area offers comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and a gas stove for heating. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, and hotel-quality towels, locally made hand soap, and body wash/shampoo are provided. A queen bed with side tables and a wardrobe is located behind a dividing wall, with blackout blinds on the window. Communal laundry facilities are available for your use during your stay. While a vehicle is needed to reach the property, you can easily get around by foot or bike once you're there. Please expect some local noise throughout the day and into the evenings due to the downtown location and proximity to bars. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are permitted. Sports equipment should not be brought inside the suite; use the provided storage area. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. For guests staying for work, do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit, and do not bring work materials or supplies into either.
