Enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee out on the private patio, taking in the stunning mountain vista off in the distance. There is also use of a free washer and dryer available. Accessible on-site parking is available. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one if needed. For accidental damages up to CA$1000, there is an optional Guest Damage Protection policy available. The Riverside neighborhood in Fernie is situated along the banks of the Elk River, offering residents and visitors easy access to the river and its scenic surroundings. Fernie Alpine Resort is just a 6-minute drive away. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not permitted on limited common property, including decks, balconies or courtyards, or within 3 meters of common property windows, doors or air intakes. No sports equipment is allowed inside the unit. Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit, and do not bring work materials or supplies into the property; instead, use allocated storage locations. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if the house rules are not obeyed. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require steam cleaning. There will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. This property consists of two rentable units connected by interior doors that remain locked. If you book the full property, you will receive door codes for both units. After entering both units, you can unlock the interior connecting doors manually from either side to move freely between the spaces. There is construction near to the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos, and there could be some construction noise and traffic.
