The home features three full bathrooms, including an en-suite in the primary bedroom. Additional spaces include a game room for recreation and leisure pursuits and a media room thoughtfully curated for cinematic enjoyment with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment. All linens and towels are provided, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with utensils and silverware for you and your family. A 2-car garage is also available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. Despite monthly pest control measures, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors.
