The townhomes are beautiful, spacious and the location is very convenient since is very close to St. Johns TownCenter. The staff has always been friendly. Jasmin at the office always has a smile and you can tell she truly likes to help and clarify any questions. During Christmas, a package was delivered to another house by mistake and she promptly recovered it. I appreciate her proactiveness. Preventive pest control appointments are easy to book and I love that I can do it direcly in the app. My experience with maintenance also 10/10. Darell was always helpful and efficient. Thanks!
