Each of these spaces from the eat-in kitchen bench seating, to the open front columned porch; to the back pergola deck; and the cozy living room with marble hearth fireplace, is a candidate for best spot in the house. Most houses have one of these spaces. This house seems to have nailed multiple. The kitchen has high-end Wolf appliances and is one of the largest rooms in the house. An ideal place to congregate especially with the aforementioned built-in kitchen bench seat that wraps up to the wall of windows looking out into the backyard. These windows drench the kitchen with morning sun. The slider to the deck is a perfect spot and has great flow from the kitchen.
