Terrible Management

Run don't walk away from this apartment! The building itself is newly constructed and looks nice on the outside. But it's very cheaply constructed and problems surfaced immediately for literally the majority of the building's residents. Fire alarm issues, building security issues, break-ins, flooding, plumbing, mold, USPS not delivering mail. And the landlords are generally unresponsive and/or rude to residents. It's been a frustrating experience and people should be warned to look beyond the shiny appliances!!

Great Location

This is a great location for students or professionals. I usually walk to work in Center City and have all the necessities nearby like groceries and nightlife. The apartment is good sized especially for the price and the landlord is quick to respond to any issues. Also the subway is a few steps away!
