It's conveniently located next to the new Q subway line on 2nd Avenue. This apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, though the stove is currently not functioning. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee that varies between $200 and $300. There is a $50 late check-in fee after 9 pm and $100 after midnight. Utilities such as electricity and Wi-Fi are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 a month (between June 1st and October 1st the utilities are $360 per month). A Roku streamer box and a window AC unit (installed around Memorial Weekend) are included. Located in the Upper East Side on Manhattan, on 81st Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this apartment is right next to the new subway line on 2nd Avenue and a few minutes from the number 4, 5, 6 subway station (77th or 86th and Lex), the M79 cross-town bus, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, cinemas, 2nd Avenue coffee shops and many other stores. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, advance notice of a few hours is needed. Getting access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. For the safety and security of all guests, each guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, along with a VOE letter and a copy of a current paycheck or confirmation of school enrollment. No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
