Utilities such as electricity and Wi-Fi are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a seasonal increase to $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. There is a pet fee that varies between $200 and $300, and all pets must be approved in advance. A Roku Streamer Box is available for your entertainment, and an AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend. The minimum stay is 30 days, with a potential increase to 90 days between June 1st and September 1st. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 after 9 PM and $100 after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
