Second floor includes a living room with sectional and a 65 inch TV overlooking the beach, a bedroom with a king sized bed and amazing new mattress, a 2nd bedroom with TWO bunk beds full size and a twin size combination with brand new mattresses, Jack and Jill shower bathroom with all Italian marble. The house has a front yard with mature trees. Nice quiet gated street to ride bikes and walks. Ride bikes up the beach a few minutes to the harbor, Doho cafe, famous Doheny Beach or down the beach to the pier! 4 Bikes included for your use! Large oversized Deck right on the beach and you are on the sand. The most amazing sunsets that pictures can not capture. This is heaven on earth! Also included are brand new sheets, bedding, towels, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee machine, beach chairs, boogie boards, patio furniture, umbrella and more.
