About 356 4th St Jersey City, NJ 07302
Hello! I hope to find a new roommate to share my cute apartment in downtown Jersey City. It is about 10 minutes walking from the Grove Street PATH station, or you can use the nearby Citi-bike. There is also Hamilton Park nearby which is great. The apartment features a good size kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. You will have the bedroom with its own closet and window facing the back patio. We also have laundry in the basement for no extra cost. There is an AC unit in the living room and we have fans for when its hot. The heating works very well in the winter. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves but are friendly. There are only 3 units in the building and I have the 2nd floor one. I work Monday-Friday and sometimes my boyfriend visits on the weekend but I usually go to his place. You are welcome to bring guests over as long as its not constant and you give me a heads up. I love cooking and baking so will be in the kitchen a lot. I also design my own jewelry and enjoy practicing yoga. Please let me know if you have any questions or are interested!
