Please drive around the area to get a feel of the parking situation if you are not familiar with the area. The apartment is newly painted with new and modern hardwood floor. NO PETS $2,900 deposit and first month rent + $500 damage deposit (for building, refundable within 2 weeks of moving in if no damage made to common area in the building) due at signing of lease.
