There is also a games room with retro arcade games, table tennis, basketball, and air hockey. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. Free parking is available to all guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The garage is not available for use, but there are two parking spots available in the driveway for guest parking. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace should only be used if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Do not leave it unattended at any time. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. There are plenty of body towels for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home.
