Property Id: 1223787 Beautiful mobile home in a friendly mobile home park, Shangri-La. The location is really good being very close to I-25, Fillmore, downtown, and the shops at Nevada. Has a bright, spacious feel with the living room opening up to the kitchen. Newer laminate flooring, lighting, faucets, paint, carpet, and appliances. Also has an oversized deck with covered awning, and a fully fenced yard perfect for pets! A stackable Washer & Dryer is already installed. This is a great alternative to apartment living since you don't have to share walls with another apartment and you have your own yard and driveway for 2 cars right outside your front door! 2 bedrooms of approximately equal size, and 1 full bathroom with laundry area. Pets are allowed, the park will need to pre-approve all dogs as there are certain breed and weight restrictions. Rent includes the park lot fee and trash service. A copy of recent pay stubs will be required. A very nice place to call home and enjoy Colorado!
