The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a game room complete with ping pong, shuffleboard, and darts. Upstairs, a loft and creative project space open to a private patio with tree-top views just one of three outdoor patio areas. The backyard offers a true resort vibe with a 14,000-gallon saltwater pool, gas firepit, BBQ, lounge chairs, and a variety of gathering spaces. The spacious primary suite includes a Tempur-Pedic king bed, elegant furnishings, and a large walk-in closet. Rent includes weekly pool service, twice-monthly landscaping, monthly pest control, and HOA access to all community amenities. Utilities not included. Furnishings may differ from listing photos, as previous tenants have requested custom setups. Contact us to discuss availability, lease length, and furnishing needs. Rent is $4,700/month for a 12-month lease when fully furnished and includes HOA dues, twice-monthly landscaping, weekly pool maintenance, monthly pest control, and access to community amenities (pickleball courts, parks, etc.). Shorter leases (1-11 months) are available starting at $5000/month, depending on the season and lease length. If tenant prefers the home partially or unfurnished, monthly rent will be adjusted accordingly. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, internet, cable, and phone. $400 non-refundable cleaning fee and $4,700 refundable security deposit required.
