Nestled along Lake Washington, about five miles south of Downtown Bellevue, Factoria is one of the city’s biggest commercial districts. Factoria provides its residents with comfortable living space and plenty of things to do. The neighborhood is home to Factoria Mall, and grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, and a movie theater can all be found within walking distance of most homes. Great for families, Factoria also has several schools, daycare centers, tutoring centers, and parks as well.
