Nestled along Lake Washington, about five miles south of Downtown Bellevue, Factoria is one of the city’s biggest commercial districts. Factoria provides its residents with comfortable living space and plenty of things to do. The neighborhood is home to Factoria Mall, and grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, and a movie theater can all be found within walking distance of most homes. Great for families, Factoria also has several schools, daycare centers, tutoring centers, and parks as well. Though Factoria offers somewhat pricey rentals, many residents feel that the perks of being near Lake Washington and two major highways (Interstate 405 and 90) combined with abundant amenities compensate for that.
