There is a separate entrance as well as a driveway parking spot. You'll also have access to the back yard and we are pet friendly, so if you have a dog this could work really well. Rent includes all utilities! Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to come and check it out. Pictures are a bit outdated. Flooring was recently replaced. Updated fridge, sink, dishwasher, and washer and dryer.
