Rate includes all utilities. A year lease is preferred. Several tech shuttles stop on the block. BART is a 5min walk. The ~850 sqft condo has a midcentury modern feel. It is furnished with a queen sized bed, a sofa couch/ottoman which can fold down into a second bed, a reclaimed wood coffee table, a wall adjustable 50" flatscreen TV (with Apple TV), 2 stereos each with a record player, a large desk in the bedroom (with 27” Apple Cinema Display), and an open kitchen with a full size oven, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, gourmet coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. Included is Comcast high speed internet. No A/C (never needed it), but does have heat. There is a new in unit washer/dryer. There is ample storage space with a large bedroom closet and 2 additional living room closets. There will be a deposit required in the amount of $4,000. All utilities (wifi, water, internet, garbage) are included. Bonus if you have a credit report, background check, paystubs, bank statements, and references ready. Rate is for one occupant. I am charged $275 for every additional occupant from my HOA, so I need to pass that fee onto prospective tenants. No smoking, no dogs. Cat is possible with an additional deposit.
