This charming home offers a warm and welcoming living space, perfect for settling in. The fully renovated kitchen is stocked to be your home away from home, featuring a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and there are two additional bedrooms, one with a single bed and another with a queen bed. A separate doorway leads down a set of steps to the in-unit washer and dryer, and a backyard provides a space to relax after a long day. A driveway on the right side of the house is available for your use, and there is also plenty of street parking. Please be mindful of neighbors' driveways. Having a car is recommended for this neighborhood. Nestled in the heart of Cincinnati's most sought-after Hyde Park neighborhood, this home is just steps from the famous Coffee Emporium, Forno, and Haps Irish Pub. A three-minute drive takes you to Hyde Park Square for more shops, restaurants, and cafes, and Alt Park for hiking. Downtown Cincinnati and the OTR neighborhood, with abundant entertainment options, are a 10-13 minute drive away. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may be considered criminal trespassing, potentially leading to prosecution. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am; amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed indoors. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or menacing staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. Guests may be denied entry if there is any reason to believe they intend to throw a party. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. If the property incurs security, fire department, or police fees due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
