This home features a warm and welcoming living space, a fully renovated kitchen and dining area, and a backyard to relax in after a long day. This home offers a fully renovated and fully stocked kitchen. There is an in-unit washer and dryer available for use. A driveway on the right side of the house is available for you to use, and there is also plenty of street parking. Located in the heart of Cincinnati's most sought-after neighborhood, Hyde Park, this home is just steps from Coffee Emporium, Forno, and Haps Irish Pub, all Cincinnati institutions. A three-minute drive will take you to Hyde Park Square for more famous shops, restaurants, and cafes, and Alt Park if you like hiking. You're also just a 10-13 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and the OTR neighborhood. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and may result in charges. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm-8 am. Smoking or lighting anything is not allowed in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g., vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost; the minimum security fee is $150. [SI]
