It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). You can consider using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, which are widely available in Phoenix. Additionally, the area is well-served by major roadways, making personal vehicle travel straightforward. We respect our guests' privacy and have no specific preferences for interaction. Important House Rules: Quiet Between: 22:00 - 8:00. No parties or events ($1,000 fine). No smoking inside the apartment ($500 fine). No loud noise or disturbing the neighbors during quiet hours ($1,000 fine). Please be quiet when entering and leaving the building and unit. No additional guests at the home who were not on the reservation. No tampering with noise monitors or cameras ($500 fine). You may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
