Front yard has a sprinkler system for easy maintenance. 6, 12 or 18 month initial lease option available. Month to month with two months notice to vacate could be negotiable through July 2026. Pets with a great rental history are welcome. 35$ per month and $250 deposit per pet. All universal applications are accepted. Fort Collins Connexion access already set up.
