Property Ratings at 350 E 116th St
My apartment is pretty good. Washing machine, dishwasher in NYC? YES. No dogs allowed, but thats silly! Close to the 6 train and even closer to the 2nd ave line that might happen someday. Complete with looney lady downstairs that creeps out your friends. High ceilings, good water pressure. Living in East Harlem is a great place full of good food and music and in a few more years it will be as cool as the East Village(almost).
