The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Property Ratings at 35 Gillham
The apartments are awesome, up to date, modern. Good price. The owners are super kind. They reply to all maintenance requests quick.
My apartment is a equivalent to what we call a small bachelors pad. It is in the heart of an historic district of Kansas City called Hyde Park. Amongst many Victorian style homes. The apartment has its original wood floors, concrete painted walls. A spacious living area, the bedroom is a little small. The kitchen is quaint with its rectangular shape, appliances aren't the latest however, it works. A gas stove works like knew and a Hot Spot brand refrigerator accents the area. Oh yeah I forgot the matching beige colors. Smh....... The neighborhood is quiet and safe, good for dog walking or exercising. I enjoy the comfortability factor and solitude my apartment exudes. I love to decorate, therefore it is unique in its style and accents, yet still masculine. Come on in, Carl
