Situated on a quiet tree lined street, near all shopping, restaurants, banks, parks, schools, houses of worship and all forms of transportation (having a car is optional!). The apartment is in a well maintained elevator building, with laundry, bicycle rooms and live-in super on premises. Please note: this is a coop, hence it can only be rented for a maximum 2 years and will require board approval. Walking distance from Manhattan College.
