Available 7/15/2023 Huge 1 bedroom condo (786 sqft) Nice sunny ground level balcony, big walk-in closet, and storage. Comes with a reserved covered parking. Big laundry room in the complex. This is a great location, walking distance to supermarkets, Starbucks and many restaurants. This place is ideal for a student, or someone working in the DTC or Downtown. VERY EASY commute anywhere in Denver. Just a 1-minute drive to the big RTD light rail station (Southmoor) straight downtown, or a quick 5-minute drive to the DTC and DU. Quiet and safe area. Across the street from a newly built retirement home Fully-furnished with a new LED TV (the one in pictures is the old TV), sofa, 2 small coffee tables, a dining table, balcony chairs, queen size bed. You pay gas (about $20 a month), power (about $20 a month), and if you like tenant insurance. Pets are welcome, but we'll need to add the standard pet's cleaning deposit.
