A Texas native with deep local roots, Jill was born and raised in the area before graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in finance. Her vast, multimillion-dollar achievements in handling unique homes, single family dwellings, and farm and ranch properties — among others — make all the difference when securing the properties of her clients’ dreams. Recognized as a top performer at her previous brokerage every year since 2007, for Jill, it’s never just about selling a house; it’s about helping clients find their perfect home or property. To maximize her ability to meet clients’ needs, Jill has earned numerous certifications, including Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designations. She is also a Military Residential Specialist, a title that hits closer to home: As a military wife, Jill understands firsthand the strain that often accompanies frequent moves. With passion and tenacity, Jill considers her clients’ best interests her No. 1 priority and does whatever it takes to ensure their happiness throughout the process. Away from real estate, Jill enjoys time with her husband, Kelly, a commercial pilot for United Airlines, and keeping up with her three daughters. Dedicated to her community, Jill volunteers on her church council and supports many activities and events that help those in need, including donating to food banks and providing supplies for those struggling with homelessness. Most recently, Jill has become a founding partner in The Cycle Station Fitness Studio on Texas Avenue to provide a more affordable opportunity for people to work toward a better version of themselves.
