About This Property
I am a tenant looking for a lease takeover for my large studio in a luxury pre-war condo building w/ a 24 hour doorman on the Upper West Side (86th st next to Riverside Park). The apartment is newly renovated, has 13 foot ceilings, and hardwood floors. It’s really big for a studio (450 sq. feet), with a completely separate kitchen, dishwasher, foyer and large living area. There is also a beautiful roof deck with views of the Hudson River, laundry in the building, and a gym. It is a condo building, so there is a fairly easy board approval process. Must make 40x rent & have good credit. Guarantors are OK! Riverside park is directly across the street. Its an amazing deal!
340 W 86th St is a condo located in New York County and the 10024 ZIP Code.

The Netherlands' limestone base and arched windows over the entrance hint at the grandeur within, where a marble lobby with a fireplace and vaulted ceiling welcomes residents home. Situated on a tranquil tree-lined block just steps from Riverside Park, The Netherlands provides a serene retreat in the heart of the bustling Upper West Side.

New York City’s Upper West Side is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. While landmarks like the Metropolitan Opera, the Lincoln Center, and the American Museum of Natural History lend a distinctly highbrow air to the landscape, the overall community environment favors down-to-earth personalities and accessible neighborhood amenities.
So what’s it like to live in the Upper West Side, and what exactly is this neighborhood known for? The local dining scene is superb, featuring a vast landscape of restaurants representing every style and flavor imaginable, most of which are affordable enough to become regular stops. Grocers and retail stores are close at hand, and everywhere in the Upper West Side is within walking distance of Central Park— those living near the eastern edge of the neighborhood can enjoy gorgeous views of the sun rising over the park every morning.
