Parking is provided for each apartment and there is a Shared Laundry facility on-site. A Pet friendly building with owner's written permission (small pets only) on a case-by-case basis for quiet and non-aggressive pet breeds. A Pet Deposit of $500.00 would be needed and a pet fee will apply. Good credit is necessary with preferably a minimum score of 700.
