Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families, this apartment is just steps from the Q subway station, Central Park, and the Guggenheim Museum. This spacious apartment offers comfort and convenience with two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove and/or toaster oven, and an electric plate. Clean linens and towels are provided. For entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels through the Roku streaming TV. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Located on East 94th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue, this vibrant Upper East Side neighborhood offers designer stores, well-known restaurants, cinemas, comedy clubs, and coffee shops. A Starbucks is conveniently located across the street. Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum are nearby. You'll also find drug stores, nail salons, a US Post Office, FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchanges, and barbers within minutes of the apartment. Whole Foods Market and Amazon Hub are within walking distance. The Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just steps away, and the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86th Street Subway Station and the M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $360 per month). A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit). For some cases between June 1st and September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
