Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and cost $350 per month, with a rate of $380 per month between June 1st and October 1st. A pet fee ranging from $200 to $300 applies, and additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Furniture and decor may vary from the online photos, but the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable. Check-out is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No smoking, loud music, or parties are allowed, and violations may incur penalties. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.
