Property Id: 1189276 Beautiful garden level apartment available on NOW. This apartment was built in the 1950's. We are all single adults, located near Swedish Hospital, many grocery and shopping stores near Broadway and Hampden. The apartments has it's own private entrance, and the price for the unit includes water, power, sewer and trash. It does NOT include cable and internet. This is a 14 unit very quiet community. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking is permitted inside the premises. We have an in house shared laundry and parking is off the street. All interested, must make an appointment with management. A privately owned property, so we encourage you to visit us.
