About This Property

Property Id: 1241984 Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom/One bath recently remodeled apartment. Located on 3376 S. Sherman Street on a 1950's building. It is also located two blocks from Swedish Hospital, grocery stores and in the old Cinderella City, near downtown Englewood, Colorado. We are a 14 unit building. All single adults. Unfortunately we DO NOT allow pets of any kind, or indoor smoking. The apartment itself, it is in the lower lever facing South/East with conveniently back door entrance. We are looking for a single tenant. All utilities are included in the price with the exception of cable and internet. All interested, must make an appointment to visit the property. This is a privately own property, so we provide our own application on site. Please schedule your appointment with the Director of Operations Armando Busto-Meza.
