BX Williambridge

I've been living in this building since 2008. Considering I've stayed here for 7 years, I can honestly say this is a good apartment. As a whole, the property has gone through some renovations (new windows, complete revamp of the courtyard, and replacing the cracked staircase). The super is pretty attentive, but the management company is a mess. The convenience to public transportation is amazing! I have access to the D, 4 and 2 subway, plus the Metro North and various BXM buses when all trains are shut down. Considering this is North Bronx, the neighborhood is good. Mainly working folks and quite a few home owners. I'll be renewing my lease for 2 more years since the ultimate goal is to purchase my own home.
