Property Ratings at 337 E 138th St
I have been living in this building from as one of the first tenants. The landlord is crafty and will not in any case repair any of the appliances he so boldly advertises as amenities. The neighborhood is full of bums that sleep right in the door way. The supposed Super goes through your garbage to see who is recycling. Furthermore apartments come with boiler heating and uses gas. During the winter the ConEd bills come in the 1000s. Don’t let the brick walls fool you. There is no insulation. AC is no included and the walls are thin as paper. HUGE bed bug problem in the building that won’t be addressed by landlord.
