Walking distance close to CBS studios/ the GROVE/ PAN PACIFIC PARK, BEVERLY CENTER/LACMA/Beverly Blvd. and Melrose Ave shopping, Cedar Sinai medical facilities and infinite other shopping & restaurants/ entertainment venues and clubs and public transportation. A Pet friendly building with owner's written permission (small pets only) on a case-by-case basis for quiet and non-aggressive pet breeds. A Pet Deposit of $500.00 would be required and a small pet fee will apply. Good credit is necessary with preferably a minimum score of 700. Employment and current residence verification along with a $30.00 non-refundable Credit Check Fee will be required. A Holding Deposit will be required if interested in the apartment equivalent to one month's rent which become the security deposit at lease signing. Rent is $2650.00 per month for single and or for double occupancy. Monthly rent is based on single or double occupancy only. Total security deposit is based on single or double occupancy, and credit score. Minimum amount being of one month's rent of $2650.00.
