Arlington Hills is located about seven miles east of Downtown Jacksonville and two miles away from Jacksonville University. Due to its proximity to the university, Arlington Hills is a great spot for students, faculty, and staff, but you don’t have to be affiliated with the school to enjoy living here. The neighborhood is near the Saint Johns River and several beaches are about 20 minutes away so residents can take full advantage of Florida’s warm weather and waterfront activities. Arlington has several parks and is only three miles from Jacksonville Arboretum and Gardens as well. The majority of restaurants and stores are located along Merrill Road. Arlington Hills’ residential streets have apartments, houses, and townhomes available for rent.
