Enjoy the unique free-form outdoor swimming pool, outdoor grill and dining area, hammock, and conversation set in the fully fenced yard. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway or in the garage. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this bungalow is just a short drive away from all the best that Texas has to offer, including world-renowned BBQ, live music, and outdoor adventures. DeSoto offers the perfect blend of big city excitement and small-town charm. Windmill Hill Nature Preserve, the DeSoto Arts Commission and Amphitheater, and Les Zeiger Park are all nearby. For those interested in exploring Dallas, The Dallas World Aquarium, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and AT&T Stadium are all within driving distance. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, there is a noise alert device installed in the home that measures decibels and sends alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
