Had a pleasant experience during my stay at 333 Holly Creek. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for an inexpensive place to live this is the place. Great communication and great people. Management is very respectful and helped me solve my problems when I needed. There was an issue that was resolved, I was happy with the communication on this matter and they informed me properly. Thank you
If you like warm (not hot) showers, if you like litter, if you like a swimming pool with no bathrooms (think about it), if you like a property manager who can't handle individual tenants, but blasts the whole property regarding the same with an email with the grammar of an eighth grader, if you want a Maintenance Supervisor who knows everything and you're stupid, if you want to share your apartment with German Roaches (despite doing everything right)... this is the place for you... welcome home!
Went to go pay it a visit during renovations and it is becoming a beautiful property. Everyone I talked with was so helpful and nice. The new company that bought it, is making it a great place to live. Will be in soon to fill out an application hopefully they still have 3 bedrooms available on the 2nd floor ;-) Only negative was no fitness center on site.
Child abductions, drugs, a person was stabbed on property. Roach infested, never any hot water. Management does not care!

We want to know more, we are not aware of the crime you mention. We do know that if law enforcement is needed, Montgomery County is the best and respond quickly. Management updated the swimming pool with a nice Gas grill under the cabana and the Manager, whom you refer to, planted beautiful tropical plants. small dirty strange smelling place to live no matter how well i clean it i think it travels in the vents or something and the water pressure is basically no existent and ac breaks every few days iv had maintenance over many times and they never truly fix anything

Honestly, I was worried about the apartments at first glance. But after a year of living here, it is quiet. I've never had to to deal with police, obnoxious neighbors or even pests. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. It's located right next to a shopping center for great convenience. The schools are amazing and there really is nothing bad I can say about these apartments.
