The bathroom includes a bathtub and a small mirror, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and kettle for your convenience. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month, with a rate of $350 per month between June 1st and October 1st. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are required to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. No parties, no smoking, and no loud music are allowed, with penalties for violations. If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved. As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival.
