House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Additional guests beyond the seventh incur a $39 fee per guest per night. The fourth bedroom is accessible for groups of 8+ guests. Parking is available in the property's garage and/or driveway; street parking is strictly forbidden. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations; smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The outdoor pool is not heated and may have leaves or debris between cleanings. The kiddie pool jets are not usable. Two security cameras are installed outside for security: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. House rule violations can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
