The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and electric plate, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV hangs on the wall, offering a variety of channels to enjoy through the Roku streaming TV. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month between June 1st and October 1st. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional fee. It is a very convenient neighborhood with everything you may need just a couple of minutes from the apartment, including drug stores, nail salons, US Post Office/FedEx and UPS locations, banks, money exchange, barber, and more. The new Q Second Avenue/Broadway Express subway station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In addition, the 4, 5, 6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross-town bus are within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and should be paid directly to the host during check-in. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as they are periodically updated and refreshed. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. For the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. A minimum stay of 90 days may be required between June 1st and September 1st. To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, provide advance notice of a few hours. An AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend.
