Any evidence of pet damage or feces will incur a penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $400. Located in the heart of South Tampa, The Royále is just a short walk to Palma Ceia Golf Club and minutes from Bayshore Blvd, Soho, Hyde Park, and Downtown Tampa. This location is ideal for couples, creatives, executives, and wellness seekers, offering the ultimate high-end retreat in one of Tampa’s most desirable neighborhoods. Check-in is at 4PM EST and checkout is at 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every 30 minutes, rounded up. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, with a penalty of $500 for violations and immediate removal without refund. Parties or gatherings are not allowed, with a maximum occupancy of 5 people. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate removal with no refund and a penalty of $500. Guests must be at least 25 years old to check-in. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts for streaming services, and unauthorized subscriptions will be billed back to the guest with a $25 service charge. The thermostat should be set to “AUTO” mode and not lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.
