There's also ample storage off of the upstairs hallway. The main level kitchen has a dishwasher. Off the kitchen you will find access to the backyard and stairs down to the fully finished basement. The basement is fully tiled with an extra bonus nook and gas fireplace centering the oversized family room. Laundry room and the 2nd bathroom are also located downstairs. As a tenant you are responsible for Lawn and Snow. You will also be responsible for all utilities including gas, electric and w/s/t. Renters insurance will also be required.
