Pets are subject to a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment; an unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation to achieve up to $200 will be incurred. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; for questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. For checkout, load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute.
