It is a good place to live, the management strives to maintain the property despite the lack of cleanliness of the residents.

It was definitely a hassle getting my initial apartment since the leasing lady unreserved my apartment and someone else took it. We were extremely upset by their mistake but they put us into another apartment that was available the next day. Right when I moved in our dishwasher was not working and it took them 2 months to fix it…. After that chaos was over I definitely enjoyed my stay. Other maintenance issues were fixed quickly and professionally throughout the rest of my stay. The pool and sidewalks were great to use. They seemed to have a big issue with the key fobs for the gate and for that reason I was not able to have access to the gym for the last couple of months which was annoying. The location is great if you like to be close to everything. Lastly there’s a ton of construction going on all around the area.

Maintenance is extremely convenient. I set my appointment when I got home from work late at night and they resolved my matter first thing in the morning. I appreciate them knocking before entering multiple times even though I started they could come in to perform maintenance. Very professional, convenient and efficient.

I would not recommend 3.3 west apartments management is rude and unavailable .

33 West is a beautiful community. Maintenance is on point. Residents are friendly. Apartment layouts abs square footage is ample. Management could be friendlier but has improved since they host events for the community post covid.

I love love 33 West. This apartment is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and very close to the highway very convenient. Also, the pools are very very cute! I enjoy living here!

The past 5 years living at 33 West have been a pleasure. The management and staff are friendly and responsive. The apartments are modern with plenty of closet space. It's a clean and quite place with lots of open space and fresh air to enjoy. Its located near the highway so you can be just about anywhere in South Florida in 30 minutes or less.

I lived here for 4 years and it's a great place to live. Close to work great scenery.

33 West is located in a desirable location and features resort style pools, a game room, and a decent gym. Apartments are in great shape and have granite tops and stainless steel appliances. The square footage and layout of my 2/2 is of decent size

I really like this community. I love the location and the apartment itself. The community can improve if some people living in it adapt to some basic rules like picking after your dog.

The apartment have a very convenient layout, good location but the management is a nightmare

Decent prices, parking sucks but nice apartments and Amenities. Gate takes forever to work

I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s progressively gotten worse. The parking situation sucks. The gate doesn’t work. Things break down repeatedly in the building/ apartment. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone when you need them and then is rude on top of it. People don’t pick up their dog poop. Always smells like weed in the building. People with loud cars always revving their engines at 2 am. Wouldn’t stay here again. High price for paper thin walls.

Do not move here. We realized there was an infestation of German roaches on day one of move- in. It has been 7 weeks and we’re still battling to eradicate roaches. Management refuses to move os or provide some form of credit to make up for the inconveniences of having to pack up and unpack our stuff so they can smoke the apartment or having a pest person here every week.

Alexis was great. 2x2 is a large and great floorplan! Closet and kitchen are dreamy

33 West is a beautiful, updated community. It is very secure and safety is clearly a priority here. Everything is well-taken care off and that is obvious! I am super happy to call 33 West home.

The entire staff very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and all issues resolved expeditiously.

The apartment and units themselves are nice the finishes and the appliances are great. But the complex and community its self as a whole needs a lot of work especially for the money that is being paid to live here.

The community has really lost its touch since it first opened. Different management now running the show and they are not the people worthy of the high rating. Don't trust their word. We were told we would be taken care of when we moved out (as we had lived there since the community opened) and it could not have been further from the truth. There are much better places to live in Davie and I regret it.

Over all, this is a quiet community. The leasing and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

I love how fast the stuff always get back to you with any questions, and how fast they respond to maintenance calls.

We just moved in but this place its been great so far.

I have enjoyed living at 33 West Apartments the last 8 months. It is quiet and peaceful here and a great location. MY favorite thing is the beautiful resort style pool.

Its a cozy neighborhood. Family oriented.

7/23/2019 during phase 5 for the weather permitting an employee of 33west knocked on my door to inform me about the start of phase 5 and asked if I could please move my 2 cars. When I went downstairs to move the cars I asked one of the maintenance personnel (maintenance manager) where I should move it. He responded in a disrespectful loud tone of voice that I should move it anywhere but here, off to the side or in the back rushing me off the area. Now I understand this operation was scheduled and the parked cars might have been an inconvenience causing a delay which created the frustration to rise but it shows unprofessionalism when an individual cannot keep their composure at work especially when dealing with individuals who are apart of the community at which he works at and represents. I also witnessed multiple cars being towed and office management instructing the employees to inform the towing personnel to tow all vehicles. Altho it was as well an inconvenience to get up to move my vehicles, I greatly appreciate the personal advanced warning to move them. While I moved my cars I watched as multiple others got towed. My only concern was if 33west took the time to first check and identify each vehicle owner and gave those individuals a personal advanced warning as well. I have experienced my car being towed and nothing sucks more than walking to your vehicle and it not being there. As a high class gated community apartment complex that ensures a safe, clean, and beautiful atmosphere to its current and future residence, i hope you also take into consideration the impressions you leave and what kind of experience you provide to them..

Great proximity to Nova; however, limited parking for guests.
